In this article
As an administrator, you can ask the Cisco AI Assistant questions and receive answers.
-
AI Assistant in Control Hub allows administrators to ask “how do I” questions relating to setup and configuration of the Webex Suite. AI Assistant can answer questions pertaining to the Webex Suite, which includes products such as Messaging, Meetings, Calling, and Contact Center. AI Assistant in Control Hub is not trained to answer general questions outside of the Webex Suite of products.
-
AI Assistant is available only to administrators who can log in to Control Hub.
-
AI Assistant answers are sourced from the articles available in Webex Help Center using the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technique.
- AI Assistant is currently supported in English only.
- When an administrator asks a question, AI Assistant in Control Hub leverages Microsoft Azure infrastructure services, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs), to provide answers. Microsoft processes data, but does not store personal data shared with it, for delivery of this service.
