Under the following circumstances, you can modify your profile settings without leaving Supervisor Desktop:

  • When you don't have any ongoing interactions or tasks.

  • If no inbound requests are present.

Find the following settings under your profile:

  • Role—This section displays the value as entered in the Station Credentials dialog box. The administrator configures your user role. For more information, see Change your role in Supervisor Desktop.

  • Select your telephony option—Select a telephony option:

    • Dial Number—This represents the phone number used for dialing.
    • Extension—This represents the extension that is used to sign in to Supervisor Desktop. For more information, see Change your dial number or extension in Supervisor Desktop.
    • Desktop—The browser used to handle the calls from the desktop.

  • US Format—This option, if selected, ensures that phone numbers are entered in the standard US format, which is typically (+1) area code-phone number.

  • Team—This section displays the team that you are associated with.

  • Remember the above details for future sign-ins—This option, if selected, saves the entered information for future logins.
