If your host account has been deactivated, you can contact your Webex Site Administrator to get it reactivated.

I get a 'Your account is deactivated' error when I try to retrieve my password.

I'm not able to log in due to a 'Your account is deactivated' error.

How do I get my host account reactivated?

 

Cause:

If your host account is not active, you will not be able to log in or start any meetings you have scheduled.

You will see the following error when trying to enter your email address to retrieve your password:



Solution:

To get your account reactivated, please contact the site administrator for your Webex site. The site admin can reactivate your account, and may be able to help reset your password if needed.

Once your account is reactivated, you should be able to log in and host meetings.
