This alert periodically monitors the cross-launch of UC apps from Control Hub: Unified CM, Cisco Unified IM and Presence, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Emergency Responder, Expressway nodes and notifies the customer in case failure is detected. |
Cross-Launch connectivity checks are triggered every 2 hours and alerts are generated if failure is detected from any node. |
