Accessing SCM requires a Cisco.com ID. To check if your Cisco.com ID will work with accessing Support Case Manager, follow the steps below:
- Login to the Cisco Webex User Hub with your email address and Webex password.
- If this works, you can access Support Case Manager with these credentials.
- If this does not work, register for a Cisco.com account here.
