After updating the Firefox browser I am getting Error 18.

If you do not have permission to uninstall or reinstall software on your PC, the steps in this article may require the assistance of your IT department.
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Update Java on the computer:
- Navigate to http://www.java.com.
- Click the Do I have Java? link.
- Click the Verify Java version button.
- If a newer version of Java is available, click the Download Java Now button.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
Try to start or join the meeting again. If the issue persists, follow the additional steps below:
