Meeting Limit Exceeded Message Encountered in a Webex Meeting
    list-menuFeedback?
Error: You have exceeded the number of meetings you can run at the same time. Click OK to end the meeting.

    ISSUE
When attempting to join a meeting, you may receive the error: "You have exceeded the number of meetings you can run at the same time. Click OK to end the meeting". You may also experience this when attempting to host simultaneous sessions with one host account. The meeting will eventually terminate.

While a single host can launch multiple sessions, it is not recommended for optimal meeting experience. For hosts scheduling multiple sessions that will be hosted simultaneously, we recommend specifying a co-host for each session that will be in charge of launching and managing the meeting instance.

    RESOLUTION
Please reach out to your account manager (or Webex administrator) to assist with provisioning additional licenses.

    CAUSE
This error is due to not having enough licenses to support the concurrent sessions. For example, if your account has 10 host licenses and all 10 hosts are running a single session each, all licenses are being consumed. If one of the hosts launches a second session, the error will occur as there are now 11 active sessions with only 10 host licenses allocated to the account.
