Enhancements
- Added detailed success and failure reports for Webinar imports to help users track import status and identify matching Salesforce records for each successful import item.

For Webex Webinar imports, administrators can choose to insert new records for every Webinar for any object type. New records are created for each entry from a particular webinar by the user, without duplicate detection or updating existing records.
Fixes
- Fixed the 'username undefined' issue in call history, which prevented call history from loading.
- Resolved an issue where the call log window on the utility item would not close even after the log was saved.
- Encrypted fields no longer prevent identifying matching records while logging calls from Call History.
- Fixed an issue where Webex custom components would fail to load due to cache data issues. The page now automatically reloads to resolve this.

Enhancements
- Added a new Call History tab to the Webex Utility Component which lets
you:
- See all Webex calls including missed calls from the last 7 days.
- Log single or multiple calls adding additional Salesforce data as well as notes.
- Directly return calls for any Call History entry.
- The Webex for Salesforce authentication process has been significantly streamlined.
You'll have to complete a few steps if you're upgrading from 1.18. See Integrate Salesforce with Webex App for details.
- Company names can now be mapped in the Webex Webinar mapping interface.
- An additional administrator setup guide has been added to help with the configuration of your Webex for Salesforce integration, showing the required steps and the status of each step.

- An issue with listing Webex Webinars has been fixed.
- An issue preventing the activation of Webex Webinars functionality for some users has been fixed.
- Problems displaying the Webex Utility Bar have been addressed.
- A variety of minor configuration issues have been fixed.

Enhancements
- You can now track your registration source ID against each registrant or attendee imported in Webex in order to keep track of where your participants registered. For more information, see: Track how attendees join or register for Webex Webinars.
- Titles have been added to video call and chat icons throughout the interface to provide more context to users.
Fixes
- Linked spaces information pop-ups not opening or closing as expected is resolved.
- Campaign members who have attended a webinar are now showing as having attended in Salesforce as expected.

- Login failures occurring because user names were too long have been fixed.
- The Edit and Cancel buttons are now always visible to hosts when they are conducting a meeting via Salesforce.
- A more specific error message is shown when a host email is mismatched with a Salesforce email rather than the generic "something went wrong."
- A campaign member is always created even if the lead or contact is already linked with an existing campaign.

New functionality
- A Salesforce administrator, while selecting objects for Webinar import, can choose to link those objects as campaign members, if the selected object is either a Lead or a Contact (this option is not available for other object types).
- When importing webinar records, Salesforce users are notified whether the lead or contact object will be imported and linked to the campaign as Campaign Members or Webex Webinar Campaign Members or both.
- In the Salesforce Campaigns tab, Webex Webinar Campaign Memberships is now renamed to Webex Webinar Campaign Members to align with the Salesforce out-of-the-box Campaign Members panel.
Fixes
- Salesforce event consumption has been optimized, allowing the handling of heavier call volumes.
- Webinar import failure handling has been improved.
