Webex features available on Cisco MPP devices
You can onboard MPP devices that are registered to Webex Calling to the Webex Cloud.
Additional MPP features include the following:
- One Button to Join,
- Webex Meetings access from MPP Devices
- Webex Directory and Contact searches
- Webex User Presence
- MPP Serviceability request

Webex Unified Call History |
MPP devices receive Call History from Webex, calls from all Devices including Webex Video devices and Webex App. Webex Unified Call History isn’t supported for workspaces. To enable call history on the workspace device, administrators must use the Device Settings feature and set the Call History parameter to Local Call History for the device. |

Onboard an MPP device
Onboard a new MPP device to Webex using a MAC address or activation code
When adding an MPP device to the Webex Calling platform using the MAC address or Activation Code, the device connects to both the Webex and Webex Calling platforms as part of the onboarding process.
The device indicates the Webex connection by displaying the Cloud icon as shown in the diagram.
Onboard an existing MPP device to Webex
For MPP devices currently registered to the Webex Calling platform, the devices now connect to both the Webex and Webex Calling platforms.

Status indicators for Webex MPP devices
Control Hub displays the device capabilities based on the type of the device connection. The control Hub also displays both the SIP registration status and Webex connection status.

From Details, you can view the status of the devices.

From Devices you can select a device and view any issues with the registration. This image shows the status in the red box. On this page, the Issues and Information section display the SIP registration status and Webex connectivity information. Use the table to know the various statuses regarding the device type:
