Accessibility features and keyboard shortcuts in Webex Contact Center Desktop
Find out how accessible Desktop is, ranging from keyboard navigation to compatibility with screen readers.
Web accessibility
Desktop has accessibility capabilities for low-vision and vision-impaired users. The table below explains how to use the accessibility features to browse within Desktop.

Access keyboard shortcuts
Use keyboard shortcuts to quickly access functions. Keyboard shortcuts are an another way to perform a certain action.

- Make sure that the focus is on Desktop.
