Error: 'Failed to get correct parameters while downloading the meeting component, when starting or joining a meeting.
Cause: The following error appears while starting or joining a meeting when TLS 1.2 is disabled in Internet Options:
Solution:
To fix this issue, enable TLS 1.2:
- Click inside the search box on the taskbar, then type and select Internet Options.
- Select the Advanced tab in Internet Properties, then check Use TLS 1.2 box under Security.
- Click Apply and select OK.
