Webex Join on Android and iOS behave similarly to desktops and laptops but there are a few things to keep in mind.
iOS Safari Permission For Camera Use
On Safari for iOS, the browser requires access to the device's camera and microphone to use Webex Join. If the browser does not have access to the camera or microphone, then users will see a Loading your Mic and Camera.
To enable Safari to access the camera and microphone, open Settings > Safari > Camera and Settings > Safari > Microphone and make sure both Camera and Microphone are both set to "Ask" or "Allow", as shown below.
Fullscreen View on iPhone
The Fullscreen button is not available on Safari for iPhone in Webex Join due to limitations in the Safari platform. To enable full screen, close all other Safari tabs, rotate the iPhone to landscape mode, and swipe up if necessary. If the URL address bar is still shown, try switching back to portrait mode then to landscape mode again, as shown below.
You can select the camera, microphone, or speakers to use with Webex Join.
To select a different camera, click the drop-down menu next to the Start Video/Stop Video button, then select the desired camera from the list.
To change the audio input or output device, click the drop-down menu next to the Mute button and select the desired microphone and speakers.
Safari doesn't allow web sites to select an output audio device, and uses the current sound output device selected in MacOS system preferences.Click Test speaker to play a sound through the currently selected speakers.
