An administrator of your ServiceNow instance must configure the following access before other users can use the ServiceNow bot. Users can then use the ServiceNow bot to receive incident notifications, search for incidents, and create new incidents.
You must create a space with the ServiceNow bot to link your ServiceNow account.
In the app header, click , and then choose Send a direct message.
Enter the bot name
Click Link ServiceNow Account.
Enter your ServiceNow domain, excluding the
Click Proceed to Admin Setup.
Click How do I find my ServiceNow Client ID, Secret, and Redirect URL. Then, do the following:
Enter your Client ID and Client Secret.
Check the required Incident Fields. Ensure all the necessary fields are included, as users use these fields to create incidents using the bot in your ServiceNow instance.
