Error: 'The domain xyz.com set in the cloud does not match any domain in your AD within Directory Connector'
Cause: The error occurs due to selecting the incorrect domain during initial setup (or installing on a server in the incorrect domain). Uninstalling and trying to reinstall to the correct domain will NOT fix the problem. The Directory Connector configuration data will still point to the old incorrect domain due to cached metadata and generate the error.
To fix the problem, submit a request through your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Technical Support to have the previous Directory Connector configuration cleared. You will need to also send in an email stating you approve of the request to clear the data.
