Change your team in Agent Desktop
As an agent, you may be assigned to multiple teams. You can easily change teams in Agent Desktop to make sure you're receiving the right calls.
Before you begin

You must be signed in to Agent Desktop.

You must be associated with more than one team.

You must have no active tasks, interactions, or incoming task requests.
1 | Click User Profile in the top, right corner of the Desktop. |
2 | Click Team. |
3 | Choose a team from the Team drop-down list or use the search field to filter the list. |
4 | Click Save Selection. A prompt message appears to confirm the team change. |
5 | Click Change Team. Desktop shows you a success message and applies the layout and routing strategy for the new team. |
