Trigger workflows
Connect Webex Contact Center Desktop with external systems so that customer records sync in real time. You can accomplish this with the assistance of workflows while you're in the middle of a converation with a customer.
To use this feature, customers must purchase a higher edition of Connect.

Sign in to Webex Contact Center Desktop. |

Select a workflow and click Trigger. |

(Optional) If the workflow is configured to accept input parameters from the agent, a pop-up window appears. Enter the required parameters and click the Trigger button. Once the workflow is triggered, an audit trail in the form of an announcement is
appended to the chat thread.
