For Example: After a sales meeting, you're assigned action items to create a new opportunity, add meeting notes to an opportunity, and update Salesforce records.

Go to Meetings Meetings icon > Meeting recap and select the meeting summary. In the summary AI Assistant identifies and higlights the action items, select from:

  • Create a Salesforce opportunity—AI Assistant prompts you for relevant details (name, value, close date) and then creates the opportunity in Salesforce.

  • Add meeting summary—enter the opportunity name, AI Assistant then posts the meeting recap notes directly to the Salesforce opportunity, attaching context from the meeting.

  • Update Salesforce records—when prompted, enter the opportunity name to modify the details, such as updating the stage or close date.
