If you’re using the Wholesale Setup Assist service, complete this form after you provision customers and users in Partner Hub and Control Hub to submit the subscription request.

Open the Wholesale Setup Assist Request Form. | ||||||||||||||

Complete the following fields on the request form. You can get most of the values from the Partner Hub and Control Hub settings. The following table describes how to find appropriate values for some of the prominent settings.

Complete any additional fields on the SmartSheet. Make sure to complete all fields with an *. | ||||||||||||||

To receive an email copy of the request, check the Send me a copy of my responses check box. | ||||||||||||||

Click Submit. If you run into any issues, you can request Setup Assist help from Calling HelpDesk. The team assists with “how-to” calling questions and initiates engagement with the Setup Assist Team. |
