Stuck at 'Connecting' When Joining a Webex Meeting
    list-menuFeedback?
When you join a Webex Meeting and the client gets stuck at 'Connecting', it's commonly a network-related issue.

If you're a Network Administrator and this issue is experienced by all users on a network segment, review the following two guides to ensure you're allowing the Webex app and its traffic on your network.

    • Network Requirements for Webex Services
    • How Do I Allow Webex Meetings Traffic on my Network

Clearing your browser and app cache can also correct the issue. Follow the steps below:
    1. Clear the cache and cookies on your browser.
      • Microsoft Edge
      • Mozilla Firefox
      • Google Chrome
    2. Clear the Webex cache
      • Clear the Webex cache on Windows or Mac
    3. Attempt to rejoin the meeting
If the issue persists after performing these steps, contact technical support.
