Error: 'Setup was unsuccessful. Please try again. Error [104]'
I receive error 104 when trying to join a Webex session.
Solution:
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Note: If you do not have permissions to download files or do not have permission to install software, contact your IT department for further assistance.
- Uninstall the Webex meeting software from your computer, see:
- Download, extract and run the Meeting Services Removal Tool.
- Install the Webex meeting software using the manual installer.
- Exit and restart any open web browsers, then try to join the session again.
If the issue persists, contact Webex Technical Support.
