How do I create a dispute in Cisco Commerce Express (CCE)?

What information is required to submit a dispute?
To create a dispute:
- Log in to the Cisco Commerce Express homepage, click here.
- Note: Use your Cisco (CCO ID) username and password. See the following on how to set up a CCO ID: WBX000027729 - How Do I Set Up a Cisco ID (CCO ID)?
- Click the Invoices tab to view all the invoices.
- In the Search By drop-down menu, select one of the following options:
- Customer Name
- Invoice Number
- Subscription Id
- Enter the Invoice Number or Subscription ID in the Search Invoices field and click the Search icon:
- Click on the icon > Create a Dispute.
- Fill all the required fields:
- Click on the Submit button.
To create a dispute within the invoices:
- Click on the hyperlink to view the invoice.
- Click on the Create a Dispute hyperlink at the bottom of the page:
- Fill all required fields:
- Reason
- Line Items
- First, Last Name
- Phone
- Click on the Submit button.
