    How do I create a dispute in Cisco Commerce Express (CCE)?

    Can I submit a dispute using CCE tool?

    How can I file a dispute for my account?

    What information is required to submit a dispute?

    To create a dispute:

    1. Log in to the Cisco Commerce Express homepage, click here.
    • Note: Use your Cisco (CCO ID) username and password.  See the following on how to set up a CCO ID: WBX000027729 - How Do I Set Up a Cisco ID (CCO ID)?
    1. Click the Invoices tab to view all the invoices.
    2. In the Search By drop-down menu, select one of the following options:
    • Customer Name
    • Invoice Number
    • Subscription Id
    1. Enter the Invoice Number or Subscription ID in the Search Invoices field and click the Search icon:

    1. Click on the User-added image icon > Create a Dispute.

    1. Fill all the required fields:

    1. Click on the Submit button.
    Note: The customers can review the status of the dispute by checking under invoices tab.

    To create a dispute within the invoices:
    1. Click on the hyperlink to view the invoice.
    2. Click on the Create a Dispute hyperlink at the bottom of the page:

    1. Fill all required fields:
    • Reason
    • Line Items
    • First, Last Name
    • Email
    • Phone
    1. Click on the Submit button.
