I get an error 7 when trying to start or join a Webex meeting.

Cause:
This occurs due to security limitations on the computer or if the Webex software doesn't extract properly during installation.
Solution:
To troubleshoot the issue:
You must be logged into the computer with an Administrator account to perform the steps in this article.
Microsoft Windows
- Uninstall Webex Meeting Manager from the Control Panel.
- Download the Webex Removal Tool to your desktop.
- Extract the contents of the zip file to your hard drive.
- Double-click on the Meeting Services Removal Tool file.
- Note: If using Windows 7, right-click on Meeting Services Removal Tool, then select Run as administrator.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
- Download and install Cisco Webex Meetings Manager (Software).
- Start or join the meeting again.
Mac

- Start or join the meeting again.
