Send broadcast messages to your agents
Use Webex App within Supervisor Desktop to send broadcast messages to one or more people in a Webex App space. It’s helpful to use this feature to address or announce things when you see them. For example, if a call queue is seeing record numbers, you can make a quick announcement, without having to leave the Supervisor Desktop interface.
Before you begin

Webex App is disabled by default. For information about configuring Webex App in Desktop, see the section webexConfigured in the Webex Contact Center Setup and Administration Guide.

Add relevant agents to a Webex App space.

You must be signed in to Desktop. For more information about signing in to Desktop, see Sign in to Webex Contact Center Supervisor Desktop.

Click the icon in the header. You can also access Webex App with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+3. |

Click the message area and enter your message. |

Click Send or press Enter to send your message. |
