Sign-in issue to Cisco.com after Webex organization data migration to European Union
If your organization has recently migrated Webex data to the European Union and you're having trouble signing in to Cisco.com with a linked Webex account, you can request to unlink your account from Webex to fix the problem.
How to fix sign-in issue
If your Webex organization has recently migrated their data to the European Union, you may find that your Webex linked account might not work anymore when signing in to Cisco.com.
To resolve this issue, you can send an email to web-help@cisco.com with the following information:

Please reply to that email so someone from the Cisco support team can process your request. Your reply doesn't have to include any additional content, but you must include the line starting with ref: from the bot in your reply.
