Error: “Cannot View Media File”

This occurs when a presenter shares a video file using the Share > File (Including Video), and attendees are joined using 'Join by browser' (Web App).

The Webex Web App doesn’t currently support the playback of a video file shared into a Webex meeting.

As a workaround, Windows & Mac users can switch to the desktop client to view the shared video clip.
