Error: 'Adding to calendar is not currently supported on mobile devices' when trying to add a Webex meeting to the calendar on a mobile device.
Unable to add Webex meetings to the calendar on an iPhone.
I receive an error when I try to add a meeting to the calendar on my Android device.
Solution:
Mobile device users cannot add Webex meetings to their calendars by clicking on the Add to Calendar button in the email invites.
Workaround:
To add the meeting to your calendar:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the invite on your mobile device.
- Download and open the Webex Meeting .ics file.
- Click the SAVE TO CALENDAR button.
