Error: 'Cannot update Productivity Tools because the network or Webex service site is not currently available.'
This issue may potentially occur if the user is in a locked down environment and doesn't have permission to install software.
To troubleshoot the issue:
- Uninstall the current version of Productivity Tools, see: How Do I Uninstall Webex Productivity Tools?
- Download and install the latest version of Productivity Tools from your Webex site, see: Install and Set Up Webex Productivity Tools for Windows
- Note: Contact your IT department if you do not have permission to install software.
