If Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) has requested for a remote support key, you can create one on the Control Hub's Devices page. The key gives TAC full access to the device that needs troubleshooting.
From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to the Devices page, and select your device in the list.
Go to Support and Cisco support. Then click Remote Access Key.
Click Copy to Clipboard to copy the key. Share this key with Cisco Support by pasting it in a message.
You can deactivate the key after the support process. First click Remote Support Key in the device panel and then Reset in the dialog box. This locks the access support had to this device.
