Error: 'We can't connect to your webcam.'
Error: 'We can't connect to your webcam. The webcam may not be installed properly or may be in use by another program.'
Unable to share webcam video in meetings.
Note: Verify that the webcam is not being used by any other application such as Skype, Communicator, etc,..
Solution:
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
WBS 40.9 and newer
- In the meeting, select Audio & Video, then select Camera....
- Select the appropriate video device from the Camera drop-down.

WBS 40.8 and older
- In the meeting, select More Options
, then select Camera.
- Select the appropriate video device from the Camera drop-down.
