Get started with the Analyzer Beta
The Analyzer Beta offers advanced data reporting capabilities. You can visualize trends, understand patterns, and gain data-led insights for effective decision making, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Explore the Analyzer Beta
The Analyzer Beta provides an enhanced and intuitive user interface that enables you to manage stock historical dashboards. It offers faster, more efficient, and focused views of historical analytics for Webex Contact Center, driving an integrated experience. The stock historical dashboards offer ready-to-use metrics. You can generate metrics that are related to entry point, queue, team, contact, and agent for strategic decision-making.
Before you get started, familiarize yourself with the enhanced features in the Analyzer Beta.
Home page
You can see a new home page with centralized dashboards and reports. You'll see a new search bar to search through the various dashboards.
You can launch the Analyzer Beta from the existing Analyzer. You can also navigate between the Analyzer Beta and existing Analyzer using the browser tab. For more information, see the Introduction chapter in the Cisco Webex Contact Center Analyzer User Guide.
Dashboards
Dashboards are available in Card or List views. They are grouped under All, Recent, Favorite, and Stock tabs. You can view and sort dashboards.
-
All—Lists all the dashboards and reports.
-
Recent—Lists the most recent dashboards that you visit.
-
Favorite—Lists the dashboards that you mark as favorite.
-
Stock—Lists the predefined stock historical dashboards provided by Cisco. The Analyzer Beta doesn't provide custom dashboards. To access custom dashboards, login to the existing Analyzer.
To learn more about all the tasks that you can perform, see Explore stock dashboards.
Labels
We've replaced folder-based navigation with labels. The predefined labels help you find and sort stock historical dashboards. The labels are color-coded to enhance the user experience. You can search for dashboards using labels.
User Profile
The user profile icon on the top right of the user interface provides user information. The time zone settings and dark mode options are available in the user profile settings.
-
Time Zone
By default, the Analyzer Beta shows the tenant time zone. You can update the browser settings if necessary. Scheduled jobs always run in the tenant time zone.
-
Dark Mode
You've the option to switch between dark and light screen modes to suit your viewing experience. The Switch to Dark Mode toggle is available in the user profile settings.
Help
You can click the help icon on the bottom-left corner of the home page for more information on Analyzer.
