View voicemail transcription––Supported for Webex Calling
Your voicemail is now automatically transcribed. You can easily read your voice messages directly from the voicemail tab in Cisco Call integration.
Call voicemail portal
You can now call the voicemail portal directly from the voicemail tab in Cisco Call integration to listen to your voice messages.
Cross launch Customer Experience Essentials from Microsoft Teams
Without opening the Webex App, you can now easily cross launch Customer Experience Essentials directly from the More options in the Cisco Call integration in Microsoft Teams.
The option is available only for users with Customer Experience Essentials license.
Delete call history
You can now delete your call logs listed under the Recent Calls tab in Cisco Call integration.

Customize the Cisco Call app
As an administrator, you can customize the Cisco Call app based on your organization’s needs. This feature lets you modify the key details of the app such as the app’s icon, name, description, and more, providing a personalized experience that aligns with your brand.

Webex Calling integration name change
We’ve changed the name of Webex Calling integration in Microsoft Teams from Webex Calling to Cisco Call.
Voicemail support––Supported for Webex for BroadWorks
Webex for BroadWorks users can listen to voicemails and receive notifications for new voicemails directly within the Microsoft Teams.
Customers can contact their partner for configuring the voicemail.

Call history supports multiple lines––Supported for Dedicated Instance and UCM
The Recent Calls now displays the calls you’ve made, received, and missed across your multiple lines.
Currently, this feature is available for desktop and browser versions.
Call history supports hunt group––Supported for Dedicated Instance and UCM
The Recent Calls now displays the calls made, received, missed, and forwarded from hunt group. You can see from which hunt group the call was made and the name of the person who has forwarded the call.

Cross-launch Attendant Console from Microsoft Teams
Without opening the Webex App, you can now easily cross-launch the attendant console tool directly from the More options in the Webex Calling integration in Microsoft Teams.
The option is available only for Webex Calling users with the attendant console license.

We’ve updated the Webex Calling integration in Microsoft Teams (version 2.5) with a new logo .

Sign-in enhancement
To provide you with a smooth experience, we've streamlined the sign-in process by removing a sign-in screen. Now, you only need to complete a single sign-in step to access the Webex Calling integration in Microsoft Teams (version 2.4).

Recent calls enhancement
When you miss calls, you now see a notification badge counter next to the Recent Calls letting you know how many calls you’ve missed. After you view the missed calls, the badge counter disappears.

Multi call window enhancement
You can now navigate to the Recent Calls and Voicemail sections of the Webex Calling integration in the new Microsoft Teams through the missed calls and voicemail icons in the multi call window.

Dark theme support
You can now experience a unified dark theme across Microsoft Teams and Webex Calling integration. With this support, changing the Microsoft Teams theme to Dark, High Contrast or Follow operating system theme (if the default is dark) changes the Webex Calling integration to dark theme.
Currently, the dark theme support is available for desktop and browser versions.

Call history improvements
As an enhancement to the recent calls list of missed, received, and forwarded call; you can now see from which call queue or hunt group the call was made and the name of the person who has forwarded the call.

Webex Calling integration is available in Microsoft Teams mobile app
Users can now make a phone number call directly from their Microsoft Teams mobile app using dialpad of Webex Calling app, or Webex Calling app as a messaging extension in one-on-one chat, and group chat.

Enable bidirectional presence sync
Administrators can enable presence sync feature for synchronizing the user's presence (In a call, In a meeting, Presenting, and Do not disturb) between Microsoft Teams and Webex Bidirectionally. This synchronization helps the Microsoft Teams users who are using Webex Calling integration to know the presence status of their contacts.

Call forwarding status––Supported for Dedicated Instance and UCM
A visual indicator is added to the landing page to display the call forwarding status. This enhancement helps users easily notice whether they've enabled the call forwarding settings.
Redesigned Webex Calling integration landing page
We've completely redesigned the landing page of our Webex Calling integration in Microsoft Teams to deliver a more powerful way to collaborate directly within Teams. This design provides seamless accessibility to all calling features, conveniently available in one place.
Call forwarding status
A visual indicator is added to the landing page to display the call forwarding status. This enhancement helps users easily notice whether they've enabled the call forwarding settings.
Enable multi call window
Multi call window allows users to manage multiple lines in a single window. Users can make and receive calls, see the status of all lines, and have better access to features like hold, transfer, and barge, without changing to another window.

Listen to Voicemails––Now supported for Webex Calling
The Webex Call Microsoft Teams integration now requires users to log in to both Microsoft Teams & Webex Calling when they begin to use the integration after each login to Microsoft Teams.
Got a voicemail? You can now view, listen to, or delete your Webex Calling Voicemails and see up to 20 voicemail messages received within the last 7 days.

Configure to hide Webex App window for Microsoft Teams users––for entire organization
Through Control Hub, the administrator can now configure an organization to hide the Webex App window when users interact with the Webex Call Integration with Microsoft Teams.

Direct calls with channel members
Click Webex Call in your message window to call another channel member –without the need to switch to a direct chat first.
Administrators––Click Webex Call to access permissions, then click the link to enable Read the members of channels for your organization.

View up to 20 of the app-to-app calls you made, received, and missed in the last 7 days in your Recent Calls. Recent calls displays in-app call history only.
This release doesn't support UCM calling, Webex Calling, or Broadworks.

Speed dial improvements
- You can now add contact names and phone numbers outside of your Azure Active Directory and Outlook contacts, so you can save that local pizza place as a speed dial for those Friday afternoons!
- If a contact has more than one number, you can now select which number to save as your speed dial number.
Make a video call
Now you can choose between audio or video calls.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) dialpad
You can now access the dialpad in an audio or video call, giving you full Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) support.
