With Webex Calling, there are two license options available, Professional and Workspace. This simplified licensing offer is known as Flex 3.0.

  • Professional license: Built for individual user’s calling needs. Includes all Calling capability with clients and devices.

  • Workplace license: Built for shared use and common area locations, phones and ATA's. Limited to a single device. Not intended for an individual user’s calling needs.

Flex 2.0 licenses are only available for partners who have previously signed a Flex 2.0 agreement before September 23, 2020. For all new partners, only Flex 3.0 licenses are available.
