You can park (store) a call so that you or someone else can pick it up somewhere else. That way, the caller doesn’t have to hang up while you change devices or someone else takes the call. You have one minute to retrieve the call, otherwise the call rings back the person who placed the parked call. Parked callers hear music until the call is retrieved.
While on an active call, click , and then select Park Call.
Select Use my extension or enter the extension that you want to park the call to.
To retrieve the call, dial * 88, enter the exension that the call was parked on, dial #, and then click Phone.
