If your administrator has enabled this feature for you, all of your incoming and outgoing calls are automatically recorded. You may need to pause recordings during an active call in some cases. For example, perhaps sensitive information is about to be discussed. You can pause the recording and then resume it at any time during the call.
Only calls made to and received on desk phones, analog telephone adapters, or the Webex Calling app are recorded. Calls to and from the Webex app are not automatically recorded.
From the Webex Calling app, go to , and then select Pause Recording.
When you're ready to record again, go to , and then select Resume Recording.
